2010 GENEVA WATCHMAKING GRAND PRIX
Only just introduced and yet instantly rewarded. The Galet Classic won the Best Men’s Watch award at the 2010 Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix. The jury of international experts was won over by the innovative concept of its finely crafted proprietary tourbillon movement featuring a double balance spring, allied with the classicism of its design. This is the first time that such a new company is honoured for a first creation. This prestigious distinction, held under the patronage of the City and Canton of Geneva, opened up promising prospects for LAURENT FERRIER and propelled it firmly into watchmaking’s big league.
